The Business & Finance Department administers the financial activities of the School System.
Areas under Business & Finance include budgets, accounting, financial reporting, payroll, cash management, risk management, debt services, and construction administration.
Under the supervision of the Business & Finance Department, the St. John the Baptist Parish Public School District has maintained a stellar "A+" bond rating. Our Business & Finance Department has received the Excellence in Financial Reporting award from the Association of School Business Officials International for 13 years in a row.
