that all of the work that Ted is talking about the shop drawings all of that that's the contract would be under contract at that point it's just that it takes so long so there would be to order parts but they could be doing external work they could be doing other work and that is why we realized it wouldn't impact the kids in the school let's go to the dollar amount because and I know we talked about that and the fact that the majority of that was never going to be covered by the hurricane so we were going to fix it or not but it seems like that pipe estimate that we have is higher than what
