Risk Management investigates all incidents in a prompt manner and seeks to correct unsafe acts, conditions, practices, etc. Action is taken to resolve matters such as managing the coordination of providing information to claimants, district personnel, adjusters, insurance companies, and attorneys. This office directs and oversees planning, development and administration of all insurance claims activities of the district and directs and oversees the planning and management of the district’s workers’ compensation program.
