in and that kind of stuff and when I say I lose money when I'm saying is that the revenue so you would ever seem to have received in the past are no longer cuz you don't have a base to ask about a lot so I'm in Louisiana Constitution every still system operator a balanced budget so just like you do at home you know the amount that you take in got to be the same as the amount that goes out and it's the same way with the school system which means that they have less Revenue than they got to do one of two things maybe even got increase the revenue back up again through new taxes or some or a combination of the two now one of the ways one of the ways that you can reduce expenses if I not operating is Benny stupid and this is a very sensitive subject people get tired and then and they love the schools and so when you have to talk about the possibility of consolidation it doesn't usually do very well and I done probably hundreds of these types of paintings that I can tell you though routing off here about ten thousand fifteen years existing School you currently have about 50 too much so if you compare the two and looks like that she's got some seats that are not being used and
