What is Louisiana School Choice?

Louisiana School Choice (R.S. 17:4035.1), also known as Act 853, provides choice options to families if the school their child was most recently enrolled in, or would otherwise attend, received a school performance letter grade of “D” or “F” for the most recent school year.
