Dear Parents,
We're happy to announce that St. John the Baptist Parish Public Schools will continue
innovative transportation solution for our school buses. Bus View provides GPS tracking for buses and student monitoring via RFID cards. BusView also monitors bus location, speed, turns, and other key bus metrics, as well as where/when students board and exit buses in real-time. This enables us to closely monitor buses to know where they are along routes and to respond to all transportation issues proactively. It also provides peace of mind for parents, as there is no more worrying if your child made it on the correct bus or exit off at the right stop.
There is also an app for parents, which enables you to see when your child boards and exits buses with time and location stamps. Additionally, when buses travel out-of-town (sports, UIL, FFA, field trips, etc.), you can receive notifications when your child's bus is within 15 minutes of t he school, so there's no need to wait in parking lots.
To install the ParentView app, visit either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and Search for "NFT Parent View" and install the app on your phone.
To register, you will need the following information:
~ Your child's ISD campus (i.e. Elementary, High School, etc.)
~ Student ID Number (7-digit SIDNO number)
~ Date of Birth
~ 4 Digit Code - (Provided by your child's school)
If you have multiple children riding buses, you must first complete the registration for one child and then add additional children in the app. This user-friendly solution is available in English and Spanish.

BusView ofrece seguimiento por GPS para los autobuses y monitoreo de estudiantes mediante tarjetas RFID. BusView también supervisa la ubicación del autobús, la velocidad, los giros y otras métricas clave, además de registrar en tiempo real cuándo y dónde los estudiantes suben y bajan del autobús.

Además, cuando los autobuses viajan fuera de la ciudad (deportes, excursiones, FFA, UIL, etc.), usted puede recibir notificaciones cuando el autobús de su hijo esté a 15 minutos de la escuela, lo que elimina la necesidad de esperar en el estacionamiento.

Para registrarse, necesitará la siguiente información:

Si tiene varios hijos que usan el autobús, debe completar primero el registro de uno y luego agregar a los demás en la aplicación.
