We were riding in a 2016 EBR Parish schools and West feliciana Parish st. James high school in Aquatic Center in the BowTech. So we can go back to the other program we were and after they had already started when they got a new superintendent back in summer of 2016 we were buying the September and when we came and we quickly started just looking at the finances on it looking at the bottom budget we quickly found out that they were several billion dollars over it if they kept going the way they were going there were going to be probably about 6 to 7 8 million dollars over when it needed to be so we work within two kind of bring everything back to the 66 million while still being able to touch all of their school we didn't we didn't just say we're not going to do three of these fools because you can't we still did stopped are we scale dancing the scope and things like that but work with them to get that done and over all the program ended up ended up very successful the bottom thing says the Mason we also during the course of it they had a third-party coming to audit of their maintenance custodian open Fruit system there and then they presented to the court and ask if if we could manage that for a period of a year until they they were able to bring in a new maintenance person so we didn't do that as well let me tell you. That's a lot of money Union Parish School System this is up in North Louisiana the new high school are in Union Parish also did some work there was a new school Charter School renovation Elementary School is there a unique because it's one of the very first is not the first tornado safe room that was done in the state of Louisiana Georgia school system so for those of you that means almost absolutely nothing to you they got a division you don't really worry about you and what you need is a hurricane shelter sometimes but because he's into a project and you have to be design and account for calls and stuff and he was kind of brought in Middleburgh New way through the project so do we have to do things around to make something happen but we will do that what you needed what is really in pain program West feliciana Parish Schools is actually one that we're currently working on so what was Sheena they wanted to build a new elementary school because I had an elementary school I was kind of getting really good he's dated and they were also having a demographic study going in there the same of the population increases to decrease are we looking at for the next 10 years which is pretty hefty so we went in there we helping come up with a capital plan broke it out different projects and stuff they went out for a bond and got it 52.6 million one of the projects is the new elementary school like I said Eileen Elementary School for 1,200 kids which in this state that's a pretty big school we actually some of the people over inspiration over the Texas looking for big schools so they can get a feel for how they look and how they're kind of program so we're also working so the original Bond called for a Freshman Academy at the high school renovations to their Auditorium and kind of renovation improvements to their Career Tech as we started going through and we all she had already gotten the schematic design on the Freshman Academy superintendent call me one day he said look at me I want to talk this over with I'd like to see what we can do he pointed to gym you should have no gym in their gym cost you five or six million dollars but we were able to do. move some things around a working when the superintendent to reduce the size of the additional risk they didn't bump out to the school to Tori one with a roller bring Administration is taking where the administration was the bill The Freshman Academy they are all of this kind of stuff around and then being able to find a way over all the program to save a little over 5 million dollars do then they got a brand new gym and then we use their eggs so the second play the job is just build that gym which was never even in the box if you could begin with so tremendous amount of lying you have to do to get that but that was just too closely working with the client I really want a good grasp of financial the job we're actually on the third phase which is taking very good thing jam and it said of renovating an old Vo-Tech area which is kind of way off on the side of the school really the twins in a good location didn't really look good we can check with putting it into the existing gym I will also take several of the park with 27,000 square feet so I just kind of say that is some things they are the other there are times you get in there and you got a really kind of figure out take a little change during the course of things are you able to do that I really get them but I feel was quite a bit more value for the money spent so all of this one too has been done a lot of this was done right one covid hit so we were designing this go ahead.
