1600 Highway 44 Reserve Louisiana on Thursday January 9th 2025 at 4:30 p.m. this time we will just take a quick moment silent prayer what I want please stand for the pledge Mr Mr Mars to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands 1 Nation God indivisible with liberty and justice for all roll call Miss Holden Mr Burrell Miss Trish Mr Morris Mr francese Miss friselle Mr Mamou here missam here miss Mitchell Williams Miss vicknair Mr Wallace yeah here 6 present 5 item 3 part of the comment request approval of a resolution to authorize the superintendent of schools to sign all documents related to the contract with Louisiana Department of treasure state of Louisiana for funding to implement the the the the first to implement the salute first mentoring programs requires action public comment is closed so um good a good evening uh board members president Wallace I am here requesting that the resolution be read by a president Wallace and also I'm asking that you guys authorized Dr Perry as the um authorized signer of any contract that's with the Department of um treasury um the reason I'm a treasury of funding of the salute first program he's going to be the person that's going to sign all documents that's in the contract okay resolution where I asked the St John the Baptist Parish School Board by virtue of this resolution authorized authorizes the superintendent of schools to sign all documents with Louisiana Department of treasure state of Louisiana relating to the funding and for the implementation of the salute first mentoring program now therefore whether first resolved that a copy of this resolution be read into the into the records and placing the minutes the archives and official records of St John the Baptist Parish School Board at its meeting on the 9th day of January in the year 2025 this time I'm going to ask that we motion by Mr Mars second by Miss Mitchell Williams roll call Mr Boris yes Mr francese yes Mr AMU yes Miss yes Miss Mitchell Williams Mr Wallace yes 6 years 5 absentee filed assent absent that motion carries and meeting is adjourned that's got to be a record 433 minutes 3 minutes
