every week you should log in and check your time card from the previous week approve your timecard click the drop-down Arrow next to current pay. Previous pay. The previous week anytime that size of your scheduled hours will automatically be coded to unofficial leave when payroll runs for the month anything coded to unofficial leave goes to docking switch dock your paycheck avoid jogging your time card by adding sick time or another justifiable pay code to cover the missing time on your time card anytime you are missing will be there what is by an exception indicated by a red mark on your time card if you forget to punch in or out you will not be able to add the punch time for yourself please contact the Cronus admin trailer for your school or Department as soon as possible for you the entire day will be coded to unofficial leave time hit the plus button next to the day click on the blank cell on the newly-created blank line under the pay code column electric from the drop-down menu to the next cell under the amount the amount of time missing as shown by The Unofficial leave amount finally click on the button to save your changes if you are missing the entire day hit the click on the column select from the drop-down menu call under the amount call him electrical schedule day finally click on the save button to save your changes if you need to use something other than sick time common right click on the amount you entered select comment click on the drop-down menu and select the type of comments then add a note stating your reason finally click the okay button and then safe once you have adjusted your time card to clear out any unofficial League codes click on the approve timecard button and then select approve time from the menu
